Did you achieve success in your first attempt? If yes, how did you plan. If no, what was the reason behind it?
I left out entire chapters while preparing for the +1, and +2 Final exams, and cracking the entrance with a foundation as fragile as that was much more than difficult.

No... i didnt achieve the desired rank.. I think the reason for that was my laziness basically and then the lack of proper guidance..

No I didnt get success in my first attempt. I did get through a deemed university and comedks through entrances in my first attempt but I wasn't happy with it as fees was high and also I wanted to study in a government college. . The reason for my bad performance could be due to the lack of importance I gave to entrance exams till then, my involvement with lots of co-curricular activities, etc.
If your goal is just to get a medical seat in the first attempt, you can easily get it by concentrating on boards and looking through entrance topics after boards but getting a good college will be tough.
