To talk about keam..its rather simple,all you need is just go on revising and also a bit of luck on the exam days.
About neet..normally bio n chem are rather simple compared to physics. Just score more for physics and you'll most probably find yourself on the top of the rank list (dont think its the extreme top-for that you'll have to work very hard)

According to me, medical entrance exams are slightly easier than engineering level while coming to the questions but it is tougher to get due to the greater competition for limited number of seats. But, I think that clearing medical entrance is possible for everyone with the correct guidance.

Entrance exams are moderately tough. But you can make it harder or easier. Its all in your head. If you think it is very tough and you can't get it, then it will be for you. But if you have the confidence then you can crack it easily.

Toughness is based on exam. Keam was quite simple.neet was little tough and tricky questions but it was intresting and can easy crack the answer.but aiims i feel more tough becz the questions where more numerical and out of sylabus too. Am weak in numerical capacity i feel aiims was more tough.bt it may vary according to person
