How important are study breaks? How did you spend them?

Study breaks are a welcome relief during the strenuous periods of studies. So, enjoy them in your own way. I listened to music, went out and grabbed a bite to eat, anything to take my mind off studies.

Study breaks are much needed. The most wise way to spend your study breaks will be asking questions to your hostel mates(if ur in an hostel) .(and by questions ,i mean the type u believe he wont answer). And also drink lots and lots of water

Breaks are very important in the course of preparation. There are many ways to spend it. I used to spend by walking around, drawing randomly, reading something else (the only book I had other than the subject books was the Bible, so I used to read that during breaks. But please dont make it an excuse and read lots of story books, comics, etc. It will distract you.), talking with friends, sharing jokes, etc. But never let your breaks disturb other students. :)

. Study breaks are as important as study hours. Without refreshing our mind we willnot be able to grasp things faster. Some fresh air with a cup of coffee can serve the purpose for me.
