Did you study late at night? Do you advise late night studies?
The time for studies too depends on the person, provided he/she makes sure that they get enough sleep (around 6 hours, in a single stretch). With that in mind, he/she may use late nights or early mornings, whichever is comfortable.

yea if u are the night type..go on..study at night but make sure you get adequate sleep. And never stay late at night during exam days. Your mind will need rest to recharge.

Well in this case i feel i am a bit different.. i slept around 8 hrs daily.. usually from 10 to 6.. there are ofcourse days when i have slept 5 hrs or 10 hours.. its all according to the needs.. Going sleepless the night before exam only reduce ur performance.. so sleep atleast 8 hrs the day before exams.. and hope for the best..lol.

I never spent late nights. I used to sleep about by 10:30 pm and wake up between 4:30 and 5:30. Atleast 6 hours of sleep is important. Do not sacrifice your sleep for studies as unless body receives rest brain doesn't work properly.
But those who study at night, do so, but then wake up late.

6-8hrs sleep is must. time management is upto you and
studying late without proper sleep is not acceptable and its a bad habit.

Minimum 6 hour sleep is very important. When you read something it is stored in your short term memory. Sleep is very important to convert it to long term.

It all depends on one’s schedule.
Adequate sleep improves recalling and boosts memory so going sleepless will cost you.
I slept for approx 7-8 hrs daily no matter what.

As far as i am concerned, studying late night and remaining sleepless are not advisable. Instead i used to wake up early in the morning. For me ideal sleep time is from 9:30 to 3:30( may differ from person to person)

I am not a morning person . My best time is night time . But I wouldn’t advise it . Waking up early has a lot of benefits which are health related . 7 hours of sleep was my routine . Continuous sleep is mandatory. The night before the exam one must sleep even more soundly than other days .
-Indu Vimal

.It differ from person to person.Anyway I think that ideal time to start studies is 4.00am.( 6hrs to 8hrs is strictly needed for sleep)

Six or 6.30 Hr sleep is must for exams and classes as well. Studying at late night or waking up in the morning is a choice of convenience and its preferable at morning.
