How to remember tough things? Did you use mnemonics?
I did use them, as they made remembering long tables and names easier.

Yes, if there were no mnemonics or tricks, I would have never achieved the success I got. Your teachers might help with some mnemonics. But when you make the mnemonics yourself, its much more better.
There are many ways to make.
Maybe you take first letter of all words you have to remember in order and form a story. Or Use those first two letters of all those words and make it in form of a song (with a tune of a popular song), etc.
Your friends can help you make mnemonics. Take their help too.
